Salty Activities for Everyone
Stand Up Paddling has something for everyone and comes with numerous healing aspects. It allows you to surround yourself with nature from a nautical aspect, clear the mind, and be in the present moment. It affects the body, mind, and spirit in a unique and transforming way. Stand Up Paddle Boarding is a low impact sport that strengthens and tones while helping you work on your balance. Join me in any one of the classes I offer and give back to yourself, try something new, and earn your Mermaid legs.
SUP Excursions give you the opportunity to explore your area from a unique perspective and experience things normally inaccessible to most. My excursions allow you to take the time to explore and interact with the environment, swim with sea life, listen to the songs of mother nature, and enjoy being outside.

*Prerequisite: Must take (1) SUP 101 lesson with me to ensure you have appropriate SUP skill to go on Excursions
SUP Basic 101, SUP Combo and Mermaid Sculpt
SUP Basic 101 includes Equipment overview, Water Safety Brief, Beginner Stroke Techniques, and Basic Turns.
SUP Combo Lesson is a special class that offers the best of both SUP and SUP Yoga. We begin with a leisurely paddle to introduce you to the sport of SUP. After 40 minutes of paddling, we go straight into our Gentle Mermaid Flow SUP Yoga Lesson.
Mermaid Sculpt is a twist on your traditional HIIT Training. The class is designed to build a stronger core, improve your cardio, and increase endurance by using a combined land and water approach. It starts with a Land Warm-Up followed by Sprints and circuits on the water. The class is ended with a cool down Restorative SUP Yoga mini session.
Change your power vinyasa into a nautical flow. Besides just changing your scenery, the water adds a new dimension to the traditional yoga routine. The combination of Yoga and Stand Up Paddle Boarding brings together mind, body, and spirit with nature. The gentle rocking of the waves and oceanic sounds brings a deeper relaxation to your SUP Savasana. SUP Yoga is a beginner friendly, total body workout that everyone loves from children and women to men. Come and see what the hype is all about!
Mermaid Sculpt Lesson

Hatha Yoga Flow - Studio
In this class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers.
Hatha and Vinyasa Rooftop Yoga
Enjoy the elements of nature as you go through a Hatha Vinyasa ( translates to “flowing with breath”) class on our rooftop. This is a dynamic style of Hatha yoga which joins physical postures, or asanas, with inhales and exhales, creating a steady internal rhythm for the practice. Our Flow is designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, arm balancing, and a strong focus on the power of breath awareness.
Indoor SUP Yoga Classes
I'm bringing the SUP Yoga class to the studio with my new Indoor Stand Up Paddleboards. The full-body balance board replaces your mat to give you an off the water experience of the popular SUP Yoga class! Maybe the weather is not great, maybe the ocean is not your thing, or maybe you would like the experience in a location of your choosing. This new experience can be taught and enjoyed in many locations to include my rooftop or studio, a park, your private home, and the beach. Get ready to make Balance, Focus, and Core Strength center stage! SUP Yoga is not just for the water anymore!
